On February 8, the China Quality Association released the results of the 2022 China New Energy Vehicle Industry User Satisfaction Index (NEV-CACSI). The results showed that in 2022, the user satisfaction index of China's NEV industry was 81 points (out of 100), 1 point higher than fuel vehicles and 1 point higher than the previous year. Among them, the user satisfaction index for pure electric vehicles scored 80 points, maintaining the highest level in history. The customer satisfaction index for plug-in hybrid cars was 81 points, an increase of 1 point over the previous year. The China Quality Association pointed out that the level of user satisfaction in the NEV industry surpassed that of fuel vehicles for the first time, indicating that NEVs have a competitive advantage over fuel vehicles.
