According to big data on communications during the Spring Festival disclosed by China Unicom, the country's average 5G daily traffic increased by about 60% year-on-year (note: compared with 2022 Spring Festival data), and traffic on New Year's Eve reached the highest value during the Spring Festival, an increase of more than 60% over the previous year. The sharp increase in 5G traffic reflects that 5G is being integrated into people's daily lives at an accelerated pace and has become an important way to drive consumption of new types of information. The country's average 4G/5G daily traffic volume increased by about 24% year on year. On New Year's Eve, traffic volume reached the highest value during the Spring Festival, an increase of more than 45% over the previous year. The actual number of video ringtone users exceeded 260 million, and the total number of video ringtone users played sounds more than 380 million times a day during the Spring Festival, an increase of about 34% over the previous year.
