Third, power grid companies are stepping up efforts to help each other across regions to fill gaps and ensure safety to the greatest extent possible. Fourth, petroleum and petrochemical enterprises have strengthened scheduling and coordination to effectively ensure that gas supply is adequate and stable in winter. In 2023, the State Assets Administration Commission will urge and guide central enterprises to further improve their high-quality power and power supply positions and offensive battles.
