Promote the promotion of electric vehicles in short-haul logistics, ports and airports, etc., and encourage port cities to promote the application of new energy trucks to carry out collection and evacuation in major port areas. Promote the promotion and application of new energy vessels such as inland waterway LNG powered ships, electric ships, hydrogen energy, etc., strictly implement the mandatory ship scrapping system, and guide highly polluting and energy-intensive ships to exit the market faster.
