(“Hemei Weifu”), a wholly-owned subsidiary, for 373 million yuan to purchase fixed assets, land use rights, and projects under construction. After the transaction is completed, the company will add rice processing and sales and grain storage business to promote the vertical and deep expansion of the industrial chain of the company's grain business sector, from the original single grain trade to a comprehensive industrial chain of “grain production+warehousing+trade”.
