The Chengdu Education Bureau and 15 other departments recently issued the “Chengdu 14th Five-Year Plan” Preschool Education Development and Promotion Action Implementation Plan, which proposes that by 2025, no less than 60,000 new public kindergarten degrees will be added. All districts (cities) and counties should implement the wage guarantee policy for teachers in public gardens to ensure that teachers' wages are paid in full and on time, and that internal and non-staff teachers receive equal pay for equal work.
