Data from the National Bureau of Statistics show that in January-October, out of 41 major industrial industries, the total profit of 19 industries increased year on year, while 22 industries declined. The profit situation of the main industries is as follows: the total profit of the oil and gas extraction industry increased 1.10 times over the previous year, the coal mining and washing industry increased 62.0%, the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry grew 29.0%, the electricity, heat production and supply industry grew 28.1%, the automobile manufacturing industry grew 0.8%, the special equipment manufacturing industry grew 0.3%, and the agricultural and sideline food processing industry fell 1.0%.
