The number of "buy and return" pilot stores has been expanded to 12. The existing 12 pilot stores are all comprehensive shopping malls, including Wangfujing Department Store, Beijing Hualian Fashion Department Store Co., Ltd., Beijing Badaling Jingolai Commercial Co., Ltd. In the future, Beijing will give full play to the brand-leading role of superior brand stores, national tide characteristic stores, and flagship chain stores, gradually form a three-dimensional layout of departure tax rebate stores with the combination of "dots and circles", and promote the optimization of consumption space in the capital.
