The meeting pointed out that at present, the real estate market in Hefei continues to maintain a steady and healthy development trend. However, after a comprehensive arrangement, it is still found that a small number of real estate projects have some problems, such as late delivery, quality defects, shutdown and so on. The meeting stressed that it is necessary to further implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on real estate work, face up to difficulties, shoulder due diligence, do everything possible to "ensure the delivery of buildings and stabilize people's livelihood," and "control chaos and prevent risks" in accordance with the law. Those found to have obvious quality problems, illegal sales, withdrawal of funds, false propaganda, excessive green reduction, and intentional "lying flat" shall be dealt with in strict accordance with the law and exposed to the public in a timely manner.
