Wang Dapeng, deputy director of the New Energy and Renewable Energy Department of the State Energy Administration, said that in the next step, we will innovate the wind power investment model and land use mechanism, focus on implementing the "wind control action in thousands of townships and villages", vigorously promote the development of rural wind power, and encourage villages to collectively use the stock of collective land to participate in the development of decentralized wind power projects through mechanisms such as pricing and income sharing.
