According to CCTV news, the 2022 World 5G Congress ended successfully in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province on the afternoon of August 11. The conference focused on 1 main forum and 14 sub-forums, and 253 guests from 13 countries and regions were invited to attend and give lectures; in the form of exhibition shows and innovation competitions, gathered 64 enterprises representing the latest technology and 412 pieces of 5G industry converged application solutions and innovative products; cloud and physical showrooms opened for two days to attract 85000 visitors online and offline; 770 teams took part in the 5G Fusion Application unveiling Competition. 10 major application cases of competition for 432 projects in 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Three digital economy investment docking activities were held in Shenzhen, Fuzhou and Harbin. A number of leading enterprises and five major telecom operators took the lead in Longjiang digital manufacturing, digital services and new infrastructure projects. A total of 226 projects were signed, with a total contract value of 103.18 billion yuan.
