On August 2, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Emergency Management held a coal mine safety risk research and evaluation conference, which required that different supervision measures should be put forward for different types of coal mines, especially for "large shifts", serious disasters, continuous tension in mining, and overall trusteeship, and so on. It is necessary to comprehensively and thoroughly promote the large-scale inspection of coal mine safety, and comprehensively use notification, interview, warning, reminder, and other means to promote the implementation of the large-scale inspection. In order to strictly rectify and improve the management of resuming work and production in coal mines, we must keep an eye on the coal mines that have been shut down for a long time, have no hope of rectification and reform, and have no hope of being built.
