The overdue credit business that fails to repay in time due to the influence of the epidemic shall not be submitted as an overdue record, and for individuals affected by the epidemic who have temporarily lost their source of income, the credit record shall be submitted with the adjusted repayment arrangement, and those that have been submitted shall be adjusted in accordance with the credit investigation and error correction procedures. At the same time, in view of the urgent problems such as the difficulties in repaying individual housing loans affected by the epidemic, financial institutions are instructed to respond quickly to market concerns, encouraging delays, introducing deferred repayments, adjusting repayment plans, and other measures.
