Singapore Press (SGX:T39) plans to redeem SG$300 million ($219.7 million) worth of 4% subordinated perpetual securities on May 12. The company said its intention to redeem the securities is due to the cessation of listing of its shares on the Singapore Exchange, according to a Monday filing.
