The General Administration of Customs announced that starting from today (December 1), the "first-line liberalization and second-line control" import and export management system of Yangpu bonded Port Zone of Hainan Free Trade Port will be extended to Haikou Comprehensive bonded Zone and Haikou Airport Comprehensive bonded Zone. By implementing preferential policies such as "zero tariff" at the free trade port and enjoying tariff exemption for the domestic sale of value-added goods, we will further speed up customs clearance, reduce enterprise costs, and raise the level of cross-border trade facilitation. we will promote the island-wide customs closure operation of Hainan Free Trade Port.
