The Board is of the view that the proposed business expansion will diversify the Group's business portfolio to absorb more market demand and bring new profit growth to the Group. The Group is collecting further information on business expansion and negotiating with relevant parties. The company will make a further announcement on the proposed business expansion in due course in accordance with the listing rules.

The Board would also like to inform shareholders that in order to mitigate the negative impact of the implementation of the advice, in particular, the existing private organizations that provide after-school tutoring related to the courses are required to be registered as non-profit organizations, the Group is planning to restructure the assets and businesses held by its subsidiaries and integrated associated entities.
