Zhitong Financial App News, Southern Manganese Industry (01091) issued an announcement that Mr. Lin Zhijun resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company because of his other personal affairs, effective July 31, 2021. After his resignation, he will no longer be the chairman of the audit committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and the nomination Committee.

In addition, Mr. Liu Yunqi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company with effect from 31 July 2021.
