From January 1, 2021 to July 29, 2021, Rush has purchased a total of 8.7 million shares, and its shareholding in the company has increased to approximately 40.62% of the total issued share capital of the company as at the date of the announcement.

In addition, the Board further announced that during the period from 21 June 2021 to 29 July 2021, both dates inclusive, the trustees of the Scheme purchased a total of 9 million shares in the market at an average price of approximately HK $2.05 per share in accordance with the Scheme and the Trust Deed, which is held in trust for the benefit of eligible participants.
