Zhang Wenming said that everyone is thinking about digital transformation, so ask yourself, do you support the various systems you used before? In the past, many families have done a lot of systems, financial systems or ERP systems, these systems are completely dependent on the previous process, or functional way to build up, can it still be so today? So there will be a series of problems, each has a lot of data, financial analysis business can not analyze, what value can these data play? Therefore, only for the records in the business process, or for the auxiliary role in the business process, we should think carefully about whether the existing platform can be used as a digital transformation or intelligent, digital support in the future.

Zhang Wenming said: in the past, when you were doing the ERP system, you would find that many families had dozens or hundreds of systems, because when they were under construction, every company and every functional department was building their own system, which was connected with each other through data, only through the flow of data, but could it really connect the business chain of the enterprise? Today, we should sort out the linkage relationship between all the upstream and downstream customers and suppliers with the ecological system and the value chain system, and then build a complete ecological value platform. The requirement for the system here is not only a system to meet the needs of internal functions, but also completely extended to the ecology of the entire external value chain, to truly form the symbiotic development of the value chain.
