According to the news, six departments including the Ministry of Education issued opinions to deploy new infrastructure for education. The “Opinion” suggests that it is necessary to make full use of national public communication resources, build private education networks connecting all types of schools and educational institutions at all levels of the country, improve the quality of school networks, provide high-speed, convenient, green and secure network services; promote the integrated development of various education platforms at all levels; and build an “Internet+Education” platform with connectivity, complete applications and collaborative services.
