01183.HK announced that on June 28th, a subsidiary of the company entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding with China Shipping (Macau) property Services Limited (potential partner), a real estate management company registered in Macau. Potential partners are subsidiaries of companies listed in Hong Kong. Listed companies and their subsidiaries and associates are mainly engaged in the provision of property management services and value-added services, as well as the trading of parking spaces in Hong Kong, Macau and China.

Under the MOU, the Group is required to provide feasibility studies to potential partners on properties managed by potential partners in Macau, together with recommendations on the establishment and operation of electric vehicle charging systems, including operational, technical, regulatory and maintenance matters. After discussions and negotiations with potential partners and the signing of the final agreement, cooperation may include the design, installation and operation of electric vehicle charging systems for properties managed by potential partners in Macau, and as of the date of this announcement, the property contains approximately 2800 parking spaces.

The Directors are of the view that the conclusion of the MOU is in the overall interests of the Group and the company's shareholders as the transactions proposed under the MOU, such as implementation, provide good business opportunities to take advantage of the strengths and resources of the Group, and is expected to expand the Group's revenue base and business scale. The directors expect that the joint development of the electric vehicle charging project in Macau will bring huge synergy and commercial benefits to both sides.
