DA32 Life Science Tech Acquisition Corp. filed for a $200 million initial public offering on July 2.
The company said it plans to offer 20 million shares of class A common stock at $10 each and investors won't receive warrants, which are commonly offered in many other special purpose acquisition company IPOs.
The company also said it intends to capitalize on background and experience of its management team to identify promising opportunities in the life sciences sector.
DA32 Life Science said ARCH Venture Partners, Deerfield Management and Section 32 are the managing members of its sponsor, DA32 Sponsor LLC.
Armada Acquisition Corp. I
Armada Acquisition Corp. I filed for a $150 million initial public offering on July 2.
The company said plans to concentrate efforts identifying businesses in the financial-technology industry with an enterprise value of about $500 million to $1 billion, with particular emphasis on businesses providing digital, on-line, or mobile payment solutions, processing and gateway services, point-of-sale technology, consumer engagement platforms, and ecommerce or loyalty solutions.
The company said its management team has significant operational experience working as executives and advisors in the financial technologies industry, particularly in the FinTech payments ecosystem.
Aquarius I Acquisition Corp.
Aquarius I Acquisition Corp. filed for a $50 million IPO on Tuesday.
Aquarius I Acquisition said Sze Hau Lee, a director and the company's chief executive, has been chief financial officer of Lion Group Holding Ltd. since June of last year.
Atlas Growth Acquisition Ltd.
Atlas Growth Acquisition Ltd. filed for a $110 million IPO on Wednesday.
The company said it intends to focus its search for a prospective target business in the healthcare, technology, media and telecommunications and consumer technology sectors in Asia.
"We believe each of these markets has considerable growth potential," the company said
Parsec Capital Acquisitions Corp
Parsec Capital Acquisitions Corp filed for a $50 million IPO on Thursday.
The company said it plans to focus its search for an initial business combination target on the space economy, transport and technology industries.
The company also said Patricia Trompeter, its chief executive, is a director of Astro Aerospace Ltd., owner of its sponsor.
Millstreet Capital Acquisition Corp.
Millstreet Capital Acquisition Corp. filed for a $125 million IPO on Thursday.
The company's sponsor, Millstreet Capital Acquisition Sponsor LLC, was formed by Millstreet Capital Management LLC. The company said its management team is led by Craig Kelleher and Brian Connolly, co-founders and managing members of Millstreet Capital Management.
Millstreet Capital Acquisition Corp. said that when pursuing an initial business combination it plans to focus on companies that complement its management team's background actively investing in "stressed, distressed and reorganized companies."
AxonPrime Infrastructure Acquisition Corp.
AxonPrime Infrastructure Acquisition Corp. filed for a $150 million IPO on Thursday.
The company said AxonPrime, an affiliate of its sponsor, is a partnership between Dinakar Singh and others affiliated with Axon Capital, and Dakin Sloss and others affiliated with Prime Movers Lab LLC.
The company also said it intend to focus its search for a target business operating in the infrastructure sector.
