Fusion Power of Greater Bay area (01189.HK) announced that it has entered into letters of intent with a number of third parties to enter into cooperation arrangements for the hot spring hotel and its affiliated brewery located in Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province.

According to the terms of the cooperation intention agreement, the possible arrangements include the management of the target business or the acquisition of all interests in the target business.

The Cooperation intention Agreement is to explore opportunities to expand the company's hotel network and revenue sources in the mainland.
