Baidu, Inc. 's Kunlun chip business recently established an independent new company-Kunlun Core (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., Baidu, Inc. chip chief architect Ouyangjian as Kunlun chip company CEO. The company completed independent financing in March this year, led by CPE Yuanfeng, with investors including IDG, Junlian, Yuanhe Puhua and so on, with a valuation of about 13 billion yuan. Baidu, Inc. has confirmed the independence of the chip company.
