On June 23rd, Citic Bank announced that Citic Bank received the reply of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on the qualification of Citic Bank Fang Heying on June 22,2021 (reply No. 2021). The Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved Mr. Fang Heying's qualification as Deputy Director of the Bank. The board of directors hereby officially announces that Mr. Fang Heying will officially become vice chairman of the Bank with effect from June 21, 2021 (that is, the date on which his qualifications are approved by the Banco Insurance Regulatory Commission).

According to public data, Fang Heying has been deputy general manager of CITIC Group Co., Ltd., deputy general manager and executive committee member of CITIC Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of CITIC Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of CITIC Group Co., Ltd., since November 2020. Fang Heying has been a member of the party committee of CITIC Group Co., Ltd., and is now a director of CITIC International Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. He once served as the president of Suzhou Branch, the president of Hangzhou Branch, the director of financial market business and vice president of our bank. Prior to this, he taught in Zhejiang Bank School, served as assistant to the general manager of the Credit Department of Zhejiang Bank School Experimental City Credit Cooperatives, and served as deputy director of Hangzhou Chengdong Office of Pudong Development Bank. Mr. Fang has more than 20 years of banking experience and graduated from Peking University with a master's degree in business administration and a senior economist.
