The mainland cosmetics brand e-commerce Youke Group has been listed on the Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities and Credit Suisse as co-sponsors. Earlier, there are foreign news sources that Youke Group plans to raise 400 million to 600 million US dollars in this Hong Kong IPO.
According to the IPO information after the hearing, Youke Group had a portfolio of 44 brand partners at the end of last year, including 33 brand enabling partners such as Clarins and L'OCCITANE and 11 incubated brand partners such as Penhaligon's. The Group collects service fees by providing incubation services to brands, and through a distribution model, sells cosmetic products to e-commerce platforms such as JD.com (09618.HK) and VIPSHOP (VIPS.US) to generate sales revenue.
Before going public, Youke Group brought in a number of investors, including Yuansheng Capital, founded by Peng Zhijian, former vice president of 00700.HK, 02318.HK, Jinji Capital and bilibili (09626.HK).
