  On June 15, 2021, Zhejiang media opened an offline inquiry for quotations.

The Zhejiang media did not transfer old shares. According to the capital raised calculation disclosed in the prospectus, it is estimated that the issue price of Zhejiang Media is 10.28 yuan. The estimated price-earnings ratio is 22.98 times, which is higher than the monthly average price-earnings ratio of 12.94 times in the news and publishing industry, and below the red line of 23 times the price-earnings ratio of the first IPO on the market.

Offline investors and their managed placement targets other than securities investment funds, basic pension insurance funds, and social security funds managed by the investment manager of the social security fund should have an average daily market value of 60 million yuan (inclusive) of unrestricted A-share shares in the Shanghai market and unrestricted depository receipts held on the first 20 trading days (including the benchmark date) of 2021/6/10 (T-6), the two trading days before the initial inquiry began. The minimum number of shares to be purchased for each placement target managed by an offline investor is set at 2 million shares, and the minimum change in the number of shares to be purchased is set at 100,000 shares. In other words, the portion of each placement object managed by an offline investor that exceeds 2 million shares must be an integer multiple of 100,000 shares and not more than 10 million shares.
