Zhitong Financial App News, Huankang Group (08169) released its interim results for the six months ended April 30, 2021, with an income of HK $59.211 million, an increase of 49.7% over the same period last year. The profit attributable to shareholders was HK $1.674 million, compared with a loss of HK $9.639 million in the same period last year. Basic earnings per share are HK0.26 cents.

The increase in earnings during the period was due to the growth in revenue from the company's environmental protection products business and the waterworks business under the favourable industrial market atmosphere in China.
