AMC Cinema announced that it had signed equity allocation agreements with B.riley Securities and Citigroup to sell up to 11.55 million shares on the floor. Net income is used for general corporate purposes and may include repayment, refinancing, redemption or repurchase of existing debt, acquisition of theater assets, working capital or capital expenditure and other investments.
