Town Health International (03886.HK) announced that on Friday (21 April), Oasis Beauty received a writ of summons and statement of claim from Profit Castle and Yip Chun-hang in the High Court.

damages for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or damages under section 3 of the Misrepresentation Ordinance, and revocation of the sale and purchase agreement, acceptance notes, share mortgages and guarantees; or that Oasis Beauty is not entitled to enforce the share mortgage and guarantee; statement on 29 April and 5 Appointing receivers and appointing respective directors of Bonjour Beauty, Bonjour Beauty (Shanghai), Bonjour Beauty (Shanghai) and Bonjour Medical Technology Beauty Center as nullify; damages for infringement and/or conversion of levied assets; and prohibiting Oasis Beauty's mandatory share mortgages injunction that otherwise interferes with Profit Castle's legal rights and interests as the sole shareholder of Bonjour Beauty International Limited.

The Company is listening to its legal advisers and will consider and take all appropriate and necessary steps to defend its position in litigation, including but not limited to any counterclaim and/or third party proceedings.
