Bank of East Asia (00023.HK) has announced the launch of a new interactive mobile app, BEA Mall, which allows customers to use credit card bonus exchange products and offers, the first mobile application launched by the Bank of East Asia's Digital Innovation Office. The bank said that with the increasing demand for digitization and innovation and technology, the Bank of East Asia has set up a Digital Innovation Office to provide convenient banking services in response to customers' lifestyle and financial needs.

Li Minqiao, Joint Chief Executive Officer of the Bank of East Asia, said that one of the objectives of the establishment of the Digital Innovation Office of the Bank of East Asia is to promote the innovation and development of the Bank of East Asia in financial technology and enhance the service experience of customers from different platforms.
