According to the J.P. Morgan Research Report, Bilibili (9626.HK) was given an “increase in holdings” rating for the first time, with a target price of HK$1,600, indicating that Bilibili E-Sports reached a strategic cooperation with Activision Blizzard (ATVI.US) earlier to obtain overall production and broadcasting rights for the “Overwatch League” 2021 season in China, which will help strengthen the platform's content development. It is expected to grow into a video entertainment platform similar to Youtube, with a long-term penetration rate of more than 50%.
Motong also pointed out that since Bilibili was listed in Hong Kong for the second time, nearly 60% of ADRs have been converted to Hong Kong stocks. Due to the valuation gap between US stocks and Hong Kong stocks, plus opportunities to be included in the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect stock list in the future, it is expected that more ADRs will be converted to Hong Kong stocks in the future.
Bilibili is currently reported at HK$778.5, an increase of 6.79%. The latest market capitalization was HK$299.2 billion.
