According to the Shanghai Securities Journal, the National Development and Reform Commission has recently formed a “Notice on Issues Related to the 2021 New Energy Feedrate Policy (Consultation Draft)”. According to the draft, centralized photovoltaic power stations, industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic and newly approved land wind power projects have been filed from 2021 onwards, the central finance is no longer subsidised.

The draft for comments shows that this year's new projects guarantee the power generation within hours of acquisition, the Internet target-price continues to be formed in accordance with the “guiding price+competitive configuration”. Among them, the guiding price co-ordination consider the 2020 base price of coal-fired power generation and the average price of market transactions determined by the province. (ta/a)
