00365.HK announced that on April 1st, 2021, Unisplendour Investment (, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into an equity transfer agreement with Xinxin Financial Leasing (as buyer). Accordingly, Xinxin Financial Leasing agreed to buy a 48 per cent stake in Xinxin (Shenzhen) Lease at a cost of about 211 million yuan.

Xin Xin (Shenzhen) Leasing, formerly known as Ziguang Xinyun Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., is a limited liability company established in July 2014. Before and after delivery, it is an associate of the company, mainly engaged in financial leasing business. After delivery, the shareholdings of, Unisplendour Investment and Xinxin Financial Leasing in Xinxin (Shenzhen) will be 1 per cent and 99 per cent respectively. Before and after delivery, Xin Xin (Shenzhen) Leasing is and will continue to be an associate of the company.

The announcement said that the proposed sale will help the company invigorate its existing assets, improve its capital structure, optimize the allocation of resources, and inject development momentum into the company's main business and new business. In recent years, the company's business focus has been further extended to the original SMT equipment manufacturing business and semiconductor business; at the same time, it is also actively exploring the development, management and operation business of the science and technology industrial park, so as to add new sources of income and profits for the company. In the future, the company will continue to concentrate limited resources on the above-mentioned business areas.
