The Zhitong Finance App learned that the 500 Lottery Network (WBAI.US) announced that the company has completed the subscription agreement previously signed with Lotto Entertainment (08198). Under the agreement, the latter will issue 169,354,839 subscribed shares at a subscription price of HK$0.62 per share and a total consideration of HK$105 million in cash. After the transaction is completed, 500 Lottery's shareholding ratio in Lotto Mutual Entertainment will increase to 54.3%, and the latter will become a subsidiary of 500 Lottery Network.
