(002325.SZ) announced that the company recently signed the “Juncheng World Bay Refinement EPC General Contracting Project Contract” with Shenzhen Juncheng Investment and Development Co., Ltd., with a total contract price (provisional) of 1 billion yuan. Project content: Juncheng World Bay refinement EPC general contract project, including interior design, interior decoration construction, hydropower construction, electrical installation and construction, etc., with an interior decoration area of about 300,000 meters².

The Juncheng World Bay EPC general contract project signed this time is located on Tengfeng Avenue, Fuyong Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. It is a large-scale commercial complex integrating apartments, offices, shopping malls, hotels, and schools. The project cost is tentatively set at 1 billion yuan, accounting for 24.81% of the company's total revenue in 2019. The projects included in the contract include interior design, interior decoration construction, hydropower construction, electrical installation and construction, etc. The interior decoration area is about 300,000 square meters. It is the most expensive, largest, and most voluminous representative project among the company's current EPC general contracting projects.
