As of press release, the Dow surged more than 500 points, or 1.64%, to 31,439 points.

Big tech stocks rose collectively, with Apple up more than 2%, Google about 1%, Amazon up 0.77%, Facebook 0.43%, and Microsoft 0.58%.

Sectors such as industrial hemp stocks, solar energy, aviation stocks, and semiconductors rose overall. Among them, the industrial hemp stock sector rose more than 5%.
