Economic Communications News quoted people familiar with the matter as saying that Dada property (06666) has increased its target profit by at least 50 percent this year, making it the largest property company in China, and plans to expand 30 million square meters of management each month this year.
The company released Yingxi at the beginning of the month and estimated that it realized a profit of about 2.6 billion yuan last year. The person familiar with the matter pointed out that the company now aims to make a profit of 975 million yuan every quarter.
