Gelonghui, January 15, 丨 Alibaba Pictures (01060.HK) announced that Hangzhou Taoticuo, an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a marketing and promotion service framework agreement with Alipay (Hangzhou), a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Ant Group, on January 15, 2021, which is valid from January 15, 2021 to March 31, 2022.

According to the marketing promotion service framework agreement, Hangzhou Taobao Ticket and any related party may enter into specific agreements with Alipay (Hangzhou) and any of its related parties to mutually provide marketing and promotion services through certain promotion service products and channels.
