Chinese bond funds aim to maximize total returns. Through approved mechanisms, including but not limited to the Bank of China Ltd. inter-market bond market, the over-the-counter bond market, the quota system and ╱ or through onshore or offshore issuance and ╱ or any future development channels, the Fund invests not less than 70 per cent of its total assets in fixed-rate transferable securities issued by entities engaged in most of the economic activities in China and denominated in RMB or other non-Chinese local currencies. The fund is a RQFII linked fund and an interbank bond market fund, which can be invested in China through the RQFII quota and in the Bank of China Ltd. inter-bank bond market through overseas investment plans and through ╱ or Bond Link and ╱ or other ways that may be allowed by the relevant regulations from time to time, without setting a limit.
