[Caihua News] Open Source Holdings (01215-HK) announced that after the Stock Exchange trading session on November 2, 2020, Jingyi Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, subscribed to China Gas (08246-HK) three-year convertible bonds with a principal amount of 97.8 million yuan, with an annual interest rate of 8%; the exchange price was 0.27 yuan; convertible new shares accounted for 9.09% of its expanded share capital.

The directors believe that the subscription will expand the Group's revenue sources and provide the Group with stable and attractive recurring revenue, thereby making more optimal use of the financial resources currently available to the Group.
