It is necessary to resign as company secretary and cease to act as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the rules governing the listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and the authorized representative of receiving process or notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under part 16 of the companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) and Rule 19.05 (2) of the listing rules with effect from 30 October 2020.

After the resignation of Liu Junyu, the board of directors will appoint Ouyang Lini as the company secretary and authorized representative under the listing rules, effective from October 30, 2020.
