Deutsche Bank analysts believe that Apple Inc to give up the provision of chargers, headphones and other accessories will provide favorable conditions for the company's accessories hardware sales. Sales of Apple Inc accessories and wearables have been growing rapidly due to the launch of AirPods and Apple Watch.

After Apple Inc gave up providing chargers for iPhone12, consumers had to spend an extra $19 on new plugs to charge faster.

Although Apple Inc officially claimed that the decision was made because of environmental concerns. But given the sales of new chargers and the new ecosystem built around the iPhone 12 MagSafe charging system, Deutsche Bank believes the decision will boost sales of Apple Inc accessories and wearables and bring tangible economic benefits to the company.

Apple Inc's accessories sales are expected to grow significantly this quarter because iPhone 12 does not offer a charger ($19), headphones (wireless AirPods starts at $159), and no MagSafe charger ($39).

The company will launch a $99 HomePod,Apple Watch next month, starting at $199, which will further boost Apple Inc's sales of wearable devices.

Apple Inc will release results for the fourth quarter of this fiscal year on October 29th, but the latest results will not reflect the sales of iPhone12 and related products.

In the long run, Apple Inc's new MagSafe charger is expected to lay the foundation for more accessories sales. According to market rumors, Apple Inc's ultimate goal is to remove the iPhone charging port, just as the company removes the standard headphone Jack, which in turn will encourage iPhone users to buy more accessories for their devices.
