According to the Zhitong Finance App, Kowloon Jianye (00034) announced that on October 23, 2020, the subsidiary Zhaozhuo Group Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with Ke Peijun (executive director of the company). The subsidiary company and Ke Peijun will cooperate on reconstruction.
On the date of the agreement, Ko Pui Kwan owned such properties, with the exception of the remaining units and unpaid units. After Ke Peijun has completed the acquisition of the remaining units and unpaid units, the subsidiary plans to redevelop these properties into residential units, including one to two storey shops located underground.
At the date of the agreement, these properties currently consist of two six-storey buildings, called High Street 2B and 2C, completed in 1963 and High Street No. 4, 4B, 6 and 6A in 1966. Currently, the building has a total floor area of about 2,088 square feet. The total site area (including public access) of these properties is approximately 5,469 square feet. These properties were owned by the government under government leases for a period of 999 years beginning on June 25, 1861.
