[Caihua News] Changan Renheng (08139-HK) announced that on September 10, 2020, the company received formal approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the company to participate in the full circulation of H shares to the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Accordingly, the company is allowed to convert a total of not more than 24000000 domestic shares into overseas listed shares and be listed on the Stock Exchange. The approval is valid for 12 months from September 10, 2020 to September 9, 2021. Conversion and listing also need to go through other relevant procedures required by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Stock Exchange and other relevant domestic and foreign regulatory authorities. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when buying and selling shares in the company.

The detailed implementation plan for the conversion and listing has not yet been finalized. If there is any significant progress in the conversion and listing, the Company will further announce the progress in accordance with the requirements of the GEM listing rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
