The Zhitong Finance App learned that Genting Xinyao (01952), Natquan Energy (01597), and Weihai Bank (09677) are in the process of offering shares. As of September 29, brokerage firms such as Huili, Yaocai, and Xincheng had lent out a total of HK$37.51 billion, HK$463 million, and HK$0.04 million for the three shares respectively. Among them, Genting Xinyao overbought by more than 106 times, and Natsuan Energy overbought by more than 1.8 times.
