On the same day, the Group entered into a number of franchise agreements with Hewlett Packard Technology. According to this, Hewlett Packard Technology granted the Group the sole and exclusive right to operate apparel retail business at designated properties owned by Hewlett Packard Technology for a period of three years from October 18, 2020 or the actual date of commencement of business.
