The company announced on Friday that it intends to apply for an initial public offering of RMB shares and listing them on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, issuing no more than 1,556 million A-shares. The shares issued above account for 15% of the total number of shares issued after the expansion, and the sale price is not less than 25 yuan.
70% of the capital raised in this listing is intended to be used for NEV R&D, production and marketing network construction projects. The balance will be used as supplementary working capital.
