36Kr Holdings (KRKR.US) today announced a cooperation agreement with Youku Tudou, a subsidiary of BABA (09988), Zhitong Financial APP learned. According to the agreement, 36Kr Holdings and Youku will jointly develop pan-commercial video programs.

The first video program jointly produced by 36Kr Holdings and Youku was launched on the platforms of the two companies in September. The program covers a wide range of topics such as industry information, policy interpretation, investment cases in the primary market, investment opportunities and dialogue with business people.

In addition to the program, 36Kr Holdings and Youku plan to continuously optimize and enhance content cooperation according to the data analysis of user feedback throughout the cooperation process.
