DJ Altria CFO Looking at Valuations of Juul, Other Investments Amid Pandemic -- Market Talk

1542 ET - Altria Group's finance chief is focused on monitoring the valuations of Juul Labs and other equity investments during the coronavirus pandemic. It is unclear if Juul's recent layoffs of more than half its workforce will create a need for any change in the e-cigarette maker's valuation, said Sal Mancuso, chief financial officer of Altria. "You just don't know at this point," he said, adding that Altria reviews Juul's valuation on a quarterly basis. (mark.maurer@wsj.com; @markgmaurer)
